  • There's a very easy way to prove this theory in just two weeks. Make written notes of much weight you can lift and for how many reps for each exercise in your weight training routine. Now eat 300 calories less per day than you need to maintain your weight and follow your weight lifting routine as normal. If after two weeks you are now able to lift more weight for the same number of reps for each exercise then you have definitely gained strength and therefore muscle on a calorie deficit diet!!!

  • But, how do you know if with a daily caloric deficit of 500-700 kcal, you won't burn muscle in addition to fat to make up for the deficit??

I mean, yes, you might be eating protein and carbs, but a deficit is a deficit, and your body is going to break down it's (muscle/fat) resources to compensate.

It seems to me that whether or not this compensation occurs with muscle or with fat, is not relevant to your protein/carbohydrate intake.

Am I right or just missing something here??

  • @alitjuhhh Your body will never actually "burn" muscle for energy, unless all other energy stores are exhausted (in starvation circumstances). The thing is, your brain can only run on glucose, and it requires ~150 grams of carbs a day. Carbohydrates are converted into glucose. The thing is, fat cannot be converted into glucose, but amino acids (muscle tissue) can. I would love to elaborate further, but I am running out of characters. But think along those lines.

  • hey steve how do u know if you have reach your genetic potential....?

  • @AndyEigenman

Yep!That is the only diet solution that

really worked for me and Im glad it

worked for you too! For my muscle

improvement, Ive been trying so many

diet plans. Until I found this site:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

and I could never be more happy.:))

  • Does cario burn muscle? I lift weights and do a good 45 minutes to an hour of jumproping for cardio but im trying to build good amounts of muscle to... my nutrition is good.

  • im 169 lbs, 5''9, i have been working out for a while but not sure how to get a toned chest, it is kinda ok now but still soft on the side and make it looks bad from far a way...so do i need to keep doing pushup and bench press? do i need to do declined bench press?

  • Thank you very much Steve. I hope you have a great Christmas and a Happy New year. Post some more videos on You-Tube.

  • your a champion!

  • loved it...thanks so much man this was always a question i had and didnt know what the truth was. Thanks again, subscribing for sure

  • @bodyperformanceTV

Does it burn fat if u do after weight training

  • Can u do cardio after weight training :/

  • @farume11 Sure!

  • I love this video.. I only have problems calculating my activity level- I lift for 1hr. mon.wed.fri. do 20-30min cardio tues.thurs.sat. SUNDAY OFF, or maybe just a walk or something enjoyable(b-ball or the like. does this seem to fall under 3-5hrs/wk. or 5-6hrs. I lift very hard for that hour, cardio is only at T.H.R. bout 135 b.p.m. YOUR THOUGHTS PLEASE. I was lean untill I started eating bout 3300-3700 calories-- I need to tweak this badly. by only eating th CLEAN calories I need

  • @macncheez54 Hahaha! I couldn't agree more, I also got amazing results in just two weeks I lose weight! The site that suggested effective plans is WeightLossAction. info :D

  • THANK YOU STEVE!!!

  • If you're on a low calorie diet to burn fat, is it ok to take energy supplements and say a fat burning supplement along with your daily vitamin and supplement routine?

  • @BigBearfromthe206 energy and fat burning supps are a waste of money. All you need to worry about is eating less calories than you burn and getting enough protein. But you shouldn't go too low on calories. Have a slight caloric deficit and lift weights and do some cardio if you want.

  • @boboDaKilla what happens with me is I hit this energy wall when I diet. if I eat more calories than I exert I'm fine. Idk if its low glucose or low carbs but I hit a energy wall when I'm in the gym several days a week and training hard which I like. but I have super low energy. if I take an energy supp it helps. like the glucose shots that the bikers use. they help, but are expensive. plus I have a bit of a spare tire. I get what you're saying, but its hard to balance my energy out and do that.

  • @BigBearfromthe206 how much calories are you eating? usually if you have low energy that means your caloric deficit is too big or you're cutting carbs too much. If you cut out carbs then you'll have low energy and you'll start to lose strength and muscle mass. All you need is a slight deficit while still getting your protein carbs and fat.

  • @boboDaKilla I gotcha. Yeah for me, I rarely count calories, carbs, protein, etc. I just try to eat organic and healthy and stay away from junk and sweets. I mean I've done alright naturally in the last 8 years. I'm really strong and have a lot of muscle. But its up and down because I don't always consistently have money to eat the best food and I cheat sometimes. Also I've had illness like chronic fatigue and insomnia which makes normal life and normal exercise super difficult.

  • @boboDaKilla When I do my best is when I stay away from junk and sweets and no nutrition carbs like refined sugars. But I admit I crave them a lot. I find that the carb shots help because they satisfy that craving most of the time. But I also live in Seattle so the weather gets me a lot of time and I just need to eat some sweets for my serotonin.

  • @BigBearfromthe206 you can still have "junk" food as long as you're at a slight deficit while still getting your macros. I try to eat "healthy" 90% of the time but once every month I eat whatever the hell I want. I'm losing 1-2lbs of fat consistently while gaining noticible amount of lean mass.

  • @boboDaKilla I've learned that its ok to have a bit extra fat on you if you are into bodybuilding because when you carry around all that mass its easy to lose some of it from not eating enough. I work out really tough with heavy weights and its easy for me to overtrain if I'm not intaking enough calories. The gut is kind of a biproduct of that.

  • @BigBearfromthe206 unless ur very lean already, you just need to eat at a slight deficit while getting enough protein and carbs and you can change ur body composition. As long as your making strength gains over time it means ur building muscle.

  • @boboDaKilla I have gained a lot of muscle. The balance is difficult to achieve where I'm getting exactly enough calories I need because I don't know yet how much I need. So its easy to overcompensate. Also with me consistently having the right foods isn't always an option. But I think this video and your advice will help me in the future.

  • @boboDaKilla ...that's why you will hear about bodybuilders dieting really strenuously a few weeks before competition because they are trying to sluff off that extra bodyfat that is held over from all the eating that builds the muscle.

  • @BigBearfromthe206 I was able to put on some muscle mass while getting from over 40%bf to 10%. my diet on average is 40% protein, 40%carbs and 20%fat. The thing is, I actually write down how much cals and macros I take in each day so I can confirm I'm getting the right amounts. My caloric deficit is about 300 a day on top of activities so it's not much. Hope this helps.

  • @boboDaKilla Yeah that's the only thing I have trouble with besides dieting is journaling. I admit is very profitable. Even journaling workout regimens is good.

  • @boboDaKilla Well thanks for the advice and help bobo. I appreciate it. :)

  • @BigBearfromthe206 I hope I can help, losing fat and gaining muscle really isn't that hard, you just need have a general number of how much cals and macros you're eating and exercise consistently and results will come.

  • @boboDaKilla see I used to be a really skinny guy in my early 20's but then I got into bodybuilding. I'm a hard gainer if I don't eat a lot. So I eat clean, but eat a lot of calories and lift a lot of heavy weights. I'm not genetically blessed in my upper body like some people so I go extra hard and try to eat right. But I'm gonna have to look more into this science that we're talking about here.

  • @BigBearfromthe206 you gotta keep in mind pro bodybuilders all use roids and HGH, they have 10 times the amount of testostrone than a normal person, they can gain muscle and lose fat very easily. these guys can stay in the gym 2-3 hrs only doing isolation exercises and recover the next day. Natural bb'ers do not work the same way as these dudes.

  • @boboDaKilla I'm fully aware. And have gotten more and more aware especially this last year. I've been taking natural testosterone builders that seem to help from Universal Nutrition. They work, but I feel like crap for a day or so after I take them. Also I've been working more cardio into my training routine which has seemed to help. I weigh 250 right now. In high school I was at 170 about ten years ago. So I've gained a few but I still look in shape. A lot of it is muscle.

  • @BigBearfromthe206 imho anything legal that claims they can boost ur test is bullshit and a waste of money lol.

  • @boboDaKilla naw it helps I can tell. it just has side effects.

  • @boboDaKilla I actually take a lot of stuff that helps, but they usually always have side effects. I don't even feel too hot when I'm on creatine haha

  • @BigBearfromthe206 imo the only supps that are actually useful is whey protein and creatine, maybe very few pre workout supps.

  • @boboDaKilla multi's are great. vit. c is great. vit. e helps. fish oils for sure. I take a bunch of other vitamins cuz I'm a vitamin junkie. but at the least you need a multi. even whey protein is sometimes unnecesary cuz we usually get enough protein in our diet already. creatine helps, but you need a pure form. I use BSN nutrition post workout kind, its pretty good.

  • @boboDaKilla then again I'm kind of sensitive. but yeah tracking macros and micros would be good. I always just figured I can eat all the veggies I can handle. Get enough pure protein like lean fish and chicken, and eat a fair amount of complex carbs like orgainc whole wheat breads and I'll be fine. usually its the case.

  • @BigBearfromthe206 yeah if ur making progress then ur good, if not then its a good idea to track for a while to get a general idea how much u need.

  • @boboDaKilla well its also how you work out. like i said I've been doing more cardio lately and its paying off. I'm leaner and more athletic feeling now. for a long time I was just going heavy weights for 10-12 reps. now I switch it up a lot more with dropsets and different types of compound exercises and its really making a difference.

  • @boboDaKilla you should check out scoobies channel on youtube. he talks a lot about types of exercises and how we do them. he's pretty good with that side. I like this guy too. he seems knowledgable.

  • @boboDaKilla so its like I have a lot of muscle, but there is just a layer of fat over it so its covered up haha. I have to find that perfect balance of calories/exertion that we're talking about.

  • @BigBearfromthe206 yeah, tracking your cal/macro intake for a few month would definately help lol.

  • Now go down their and start digging slave

  • wow man! great video! I also have been working out to lose weight. But using similar program found in a site. Now I'm getting leaner instead of buff! You can check my profile to see the website. Youtube won't let me post it here.

  • steve is the man...

  • It's been over 3 months since I posted my question on here, which you answered on your 5/29/11 BlogTalkRadio. I needed to comeback and thank you for the great advice and for this video. Basically I'm in the best shape ever now because I was able to reduce my calories and protein intake with confidence and without the fear that my muscles would shrink away. So now I'm as strong and muscular as before but much leaner, so I look a lot better! Thanks again, keep up the great work!

  • @dogley1 did you put on muscle while losing fat? I would really appreciate a response

  • @asmukkar To be honest, no, I didn't gain any additional muscle during my 2 month diet, I just cut fat and maintained the muscle. But I have been working out for years, so my muscularity was already quite high, I wasn't that fat to start with, plus I cut my calories quite significantly, possibly too much. But what I took from this video is that you don't need crazy amounts of protein to build or preserve muscle. But building muscle on a calorie deficit? I don't think that's possible.

  • @dogley1 you won't gain any noticible amount of muscle mass in 2 months regardless.

  • It can't be done.

  • Also how do I figure how any calories I need a day?

  • @warfareornothing just google how to calculate maintainance calories.

  • I weighed a 180 about 10 days ago now im at 172 I've started working out and cut calories im my diet I did I lose 8 pounds so fast?

  • I've tried many things to get a better physique. I've trained harder, listened to Vince Delmonte, bought a program from Darin Steen (don't get me wrong, great guy, very knowledgable), tried BCAAs, Creatine and protein shakes.

But at the end of the day, as soon as I took advice from Steve Turano, things started to make sense.

Steve gives it to you straight - building muscle and loosing fat, wither one or the other or both, requires hard work. There are no miracles or fast routes to success.

  • ! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • ive been doing pushups everyday. is this a bad thing? I mean does my body need time to recover??

  • @livingisaight i would do it 4 to 5 times a week. try adding situps, squats, and pullups. i promise you by using your whole body your will get stronger faster.

  • @livingisaight i did pushups everyday and i gained muscle and the military does it too but do it everyother day

  • Good day, You should try the intellectus 424 diet (Google for it). I dropped lots of unwanted weight best diet ever.

  • steve your my hero

  • @atrchito1 Thanks!

  • @BodyPerformanceTV Why dont you post videos anymore.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV STEVE I KNOW IN ORDER TO GAIN MUSCLE U HAVE TO have more than maintenance calories surplus but then again you'll gain fat that way as well. so how do I do this? its confusing.

  • can u help with this ? im really not that fat but i have a stomach problem no matter how much calori i burn its never change and i eat well and i drink protien also.

    thanx

  • whats ur body fat Steve ?

  • hey steve, just wondering how you feel on the paleolithic diet? maybe you could even do a new movie on it?

as your probably aware crossfit is now very popular and alot of "Crossfitters" recommend the paleo diet. im just wondering if you think its a viable lifestyle?

  • Why is it that when you run a calorie deficit, the body taps in to the fat reserves for energy and not the muscle? Also, how is it possible to gain muscle(increase in mass/weight) while running a calorie deficit? And finally, what causes muscle wasting?

  • @dogley1 I answered your question on my 5/29/11 BlogTalkRadio com show. You can listen there or on iTunes. Search Steve Turano. Recent shows can be heard on my site home page at the bottom once they upload. I also upload it to iTunes. You can also listen at GreatFatLossPill com. Click on the On The Air tab at the top.

  • so you're saying, i should focus on eating proteins and decrease my intake of carbs? and about doing cardio, should i tuck my stomach while exercising? thanks :)

  • hi steve im a 14 year old male who has 20% body fat and 80% lean mass but i want to lower my fat and increase my muscle so heres my diet tell me what u think breakfast -1 and 1/2 cup oats mixed with 1 scoup when protein powder -1 cup of green tea snack -small apple -175g tub low fat yogurt lunch -3 kangaroo sausages -200-300g mixed vegetables - coffee before training nothing after training dinner -200g chicken breast - 200-300g mixed begetables snack - protein shake in 500ml watr
  • @abbs9625 also i take 2 fish oil tablets with my main meals and i try to drink at lease 2-3 letres of water a day whether its water alone or from green tea im also thinking of replace the low fat yogurt with some 30g almonds also on day when im not training which is the weekend my breakfast will change to a 3-4 egg white omelet but also add some sweet potato to my lunch and/or dinner do u think this is a good plan for losing fat and building muscle

  • your fuking gay

  • @mw2glitchbox Well done man, you trolled on a video, very original. And it's ''you're'' for example you're a fucking idiot.

  • Im not sure if im correct but is it not true that once you have worked out your body requires a specific carbohydrate and protein intake ratio to maximise mucle growth , if this is not achieved withing the anabolic window then you catabolise muscle and lose it?

  • @BodyPerformanceTV

I'm trying to build muscle and loose a couple of pounds that I have left around my belly. So by this video, are you telling me that all I need to eat is protein throughout the day?

  • good advice keep it up.

  • hi im not trying to be fresh, i was wondering if it was possible, genetically speaking, to get your size without steroids or any anabolic supplements.

  • @5857612 Sure. I did! You just have to train hard, heavy and consistently.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV what about burning muscle in stead of fat

  • @bigpoppamike100 if your trying to lose fat and gain muscle, then if you dont see any change in wieght, it might be because your gaining muscle at the same time of losing fat, like me i lose fat and gain muscle but my wieght on the scale is the same or higher, matters if your gaining muscle at the same time, more muscle while you lose fat means you get heavier because muscle is heavier than fat ,dont worrie if your doing alot of work then your losing fat and also gaining muscle

  • Hey Steve when are you doing your next show

  • what do you think about a natural supplement called tribulus fuel?? I am 20 years old..

thanks for the help, your videos are great!!!!

  • @oliverbarrera10 Some people benefit but many don't. Buy a bottle and give it a try. But remember, if you begin to train harder or more consistently because you're taking it the gains you make will probably be from training and not the supplement.

  • I love it!

  • hey Steve, can you build muscle and lose bodyfat at the same time?

  • @killernaval Absolutely. I have a video about that.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV I am 70 pounds over weight. There are many people who say you must take in more to gain muscle. My question is can I lose fat faster by just focusing on cardio. I really dont care to be fat anymore. Groups like weight watchers have lead me to believe I can lose way more than a pound in a week.

  • @nias1865 Cardio and diet are the best way to lose weight. Yes, heavier peole can lose 2-3 pound a week if they watch their eating and exercise consistently. Listen to the free weight loss semnar on my website. BodyPerformanceTV c o m

  • Can you do a video about BMR? Im a 19 yr old male at about 250 and an online BMR calculator says I need 2421 calories/day. What happens if I dont get this? Is this unhealthy, or do I just lose more fat?

  • @MsquaredFTW I beleive I did. There are 250 videos. Just look around.

  • this guy is the GOD of weight training n Nutrition!

  • @CeeEmmz Thanks! I also have a BlogTalkRadio com show. You can listen there or on iTunes. Search Steve Turano. Recent shows can also be heard on my site home page at the bottom once they upload. • Hey Steve,

Most of the fat loss plans I've looked at are for people over the age of 21, But I thought I'd ask...

I'm 15 And I have that small layer fat covering the abs (enough to make them non-visible) But i'd love to lose body fat and become leaner than I currently am, What advice would you give to someone my age?

    ~Many Thanks!

  • @NSaNiTYi Simply watch the extra calories like cookies, cakes, juices, colas, ice teas and get a bit more exercise. You're still growing and that will use up a lot of body fat.

  • very helpful

  • First of all Steve I'm glad you're one of the few who actually tell the truth about fitness, and secondly I wish you made more videos lol. My question is that if my focus is to gain muscle, will it be to my disadvantage to run 1hr 3 days a week? My workout week consists of 2 days weights & 1 day cardio (3 day on 1 day off) I'm already in good shape and I'm a hip-hop dancer so I just want to make sure that I'm not training in a counter-intuitive way since I want gain muscle.

  • @Kelvin702 Excessive cardio might slow muscle growth ONLY because you don't have the time or energy to lift. And hour of running might only burn about 500 calories. Remember, the more you lift regardless of cardio the bigger you'll be.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV Sweet, I guess I'll keep the running to 2 days a week instead of 3 or 4, since I dance anyway. I'd rather build muscle before cutting down like crazy, cause I don't wanna be a stick lol. Thanks Steve!

  • so a good protien diet with low carb and fat diet and this can be done?

  • HAY STEVE CAN U TELL ME HOW DO I GET SIX PACK ABS CAUSE I BEN DOING SIT UP FOR ABOUT 4 MOUNTHS NOW AND I DONT SEE ANY RESULTS AND I ALSO WANT TO LOSE FAT BUT I DONT NOW HOW

  • @MsShebob Eat less and train hard.

  • Hi Steve I have tried but really cant lose my stomach I go to the gym about 5 times a week and do cardio for about half an hour and then move on to the weights my stomach is still not flattening.....any advice and info would be much appreciated.

  • @MrBosss123 Time to count your daily calories. It's much easier to eat 300-500 less calories a day than it is to try to work them off. Less calories means less belly.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV I have the same problem. I tend to eat a sausage croissant and bowl of fruits at 6am, a power bar at 9am, and finally a banana 10am. I work out at 10:45am. I work chest mon/wed/fri and biceps tues/thurs. I do a 2.5mile cardio run every mon/wed/fri. For lunch i will have a ham and cheese sandwich with sourdough bread. A bananna at 4pm. Then I run at 6pm to 8pm. Dinner at 8:30pm which varies from pasta, and others. Can you critique my schedule if I want to reduce fat/build musc

  • @MrBosss123

hey man, do cardio after weight training, do squats 2 times a week along with legs...and train hard..and dnt do long cardio, i do 10 min HIT cardio....it works...seriously

  • @MrBosss123

  • steve, quick question, when you eat protein, do you have to exercise immediately after consuming protein?

  • @BottlesAndKazooie No, not at all!

  • @BodyPerformanceTV thanks, also, how do calories burn? Like do they burn ON THE spot like right when you exercise? Or is there a process

  • @BodyPerformanceTV Hello, Steve. it's a great video. You have made the point about how it is more important what you do over 24 hours rather than 1 or 2 with regard to caloric accrual or deficit. Could you do one on metabolic cycles specific to lipids, carbohydrates and proteins, as well as exceptions for athletes?

  • I love all your vids. I lost 120 pounds of fat and have put on lots of muscle at the same time. I do cardo 6 times a week and do weight 3 times a week. Its hard to find time some days but it worth the effort. I went from a size 46 to 36 and feel great thanks for all the great no BS info.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV Thank you for replying!!

  • @ansarimessi

you should workout each body part at least tow times a week and do at least 3 exercises for each body part too and if you want to lost body fat you should do at least 20 to 30 mins of cardio a day. so that running 30mins instead of ten. and slow down on the abs you don't need to workout your abs every day just maybe 3 times a week or when you are home bored.

  • @ansarimessi

and also if you want to lose body fat change what you eat. more fruits and eat smaller meals and have heath snacks through out the day and yo will lost that weight in no time

  • The bottom line of your message is good. That much I can admire. But how you present it, criticizing others, is what turns me off of your goal. If people criticize you, nevermind them. Honestly. Don't mention them in your video, because you just give them points. And please show us. Take off your shirt. Flash before pics, after pics. I'm looking for a teacher, and right now I'm not sold. :(

  • hey steve

  • so try not to intake to many calories a day?

  • that's great, Steve! :)

is it smart to train, for example, chest (8--9 sets once in a week - 3 sets bench press;3 sets push ups and 3 set dips) and finish with 4 sets for triceps workout?

I've started with workin' out last year in march. Now my plan is to workout 3 times per week and do some cardio(2-3 days weekly - 20 -30 minutes in one cardio workout). so, my goal would be to gain muscle and cut the fat. I would appreciate your advice :)

  • Why is that so many people say you can ONLY build muscle by eating excess calories?

  • muscle burns fat, eat right train hard...and balance your cardio....it will be done

  • I think my favorite thing about this guy is he doesn't dress like a douche bag. Sounds stupid, but most guys his size start wearing weird spandex shorts with shirts so tight it looks like their head might explode.

I also found the information in the video interesting and beneficial.

  • @MrShane2369 Thanks. I love those guys in sleeveless spandex. Too funny!

  • I really like this guy's approach to teaching people better exercise lessons, especially for those people that need or desire to lose weight. At first glance, I was going to be critical but after viewing a few clips, I really like the advice that you offer. Good work.

  • How can i burn up 4000 calories a day, while building muscle, or at the very least keeping the muscle. See, what i mean is, once i work out my legs or so in the morning, then the legs are done. I cant go do 100 Intervals later on in the day, cause i already worked them out. I mean, yeah i can acutly do the intervals, but would i be over training the legs? know what i mean, how im kinda stuck trying to figer out how to burn 4000 C and maintinng or keeping the muscle. Do you know how?

  • @gokunarutosal I am willing to work all day long, thats what iv been kinda been doing all this summer, i got the time and Will power. I just wana know how, without going over with the cardio and loosing the muscle.

  • thanks alot steve i was worried about that all time. losing fat and buildin muscles made me in bad mood so i just stopped working out for while. i thought its impossible

  • god you are the best . i wish you lived near so i can workout with you . lol i am 5'11 250 at 16 years of age . i workout everyday for 2-3 hours , somewhat intensely, but all im getting stronger and more muscle but i cant seem to lose fat !

  • @bigboifrmthea Thanks! Time to focus on what and HOW MUCH you're eating. That will make a huge difference.

  • @bigboifrmthea dude, i am 16 also and i weigh about 215, i know that it seems you are not loosing weight but you are, the reason you cant see it is because you are gaining muscle at the same time, dont ever trust the scale because it cant determine if you are loosing muscle or fat or gaining it. and don't workout more the 1 hour and 30 minutes because your body become catabolic. eat about 5 to 6 small meals a day spaced out between 2 to 3 hours, sleep enough, eat raw foods

  • Some people said that you should not drink cold water during exercise because that is the time fat started to burn. If you drink it,it will cool down the fat burning process. It is encourage that you may drink water after an hour of exercise.

  • At wat age do u recomend teenagers to start lifting weights? Oh and great video keep up the good work:)

  • This guy knows what he is talking about....I was listening to your 6-16-10 show and you said "most ladies dont want to train heavy because they are afraid they are going to wake up big the next day". hahahaha. I have some idiot friend who was telling me not to take a protein supp because I was gonna get huge like Arnold. hahahahaha the process of gaining muscle is so slow that no one ever says " oh damn it....I put on just a little too much muscle".

  • @balinmar LOL! Thanks! I also do a BlogTalkRadio (.) show. Go there & search Steve Turano. Click the arrow in the box on my profile page & listen. The podcast can also be downloaded from iTunes. • hey steve im 6'2 215 i play football for my high school i take a whey protein isolate before and after my football work outs witch include high intensity weight training and cardio sprints and running. What can i do to lose the belly fat i have without giving away my muscle. i try eating less but i feel like my body needs more food just to survive . please help me out.

  • @n2oxide2 Stop taking the protein shakes. They're not helping. THEN increase the intensity and effectiveness of your lifting. Go to my site BodyPerformanceTV and listen to the free audio files on exercising.
