One chapter is one sleight, and then you get tricks using nothing but that sleight and those which came before it; there is not a magician out there worth his salt who would not recommend these books, take the time and practice. Don't sell, might be too hard now but in future?

The truth is that, when you start at the beginning (Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic, Henry Hay's Amateur Magician's Handbook, Magic For Dummies) the stuff that you think "sucks" will no longer suck, because you will have learned how to learn magic...and you will realize that you can do a lot of things that you don't think you can do now...
