Of course it matters, Solyndra was approved to receive money well before Obama took office. There is an entire DOE portfolio of companies invested in to keep us competitive w/ green energy. China pumped $34 billion into solar companies, enabling them to make solar panels at much cheaper costs and create a strong hold on that market already.

Of course it matters, Solyndra was approved to receive money well before Obama took office. There is an entire DOE portfolio of companies invested in to keep us competitive w/ green energy. China pumped $34 billion into solar companies, enabling them to make solar panels at much cheaper costs and create a strong hold on that market already.
