very sad to see what happened to Galveston. I grew up in Conroe and spent a lot of summers there. I hope they rebuild the Balinese room and Flagship hotel. Galveston wouldn't be the same without either of the two places!
@txredneckcop Scott Arnold bought Balinese Room in 2001 and decided not to rebuild the same spot or name of nightclub/restaurant. He wants relocated on dry land in Galv downtown-' the new name is VooDoo Lounge. I havent gone there but maybe one day. Good news, Flagship hotel is current rebuilding :)
@kamilmytnik It's ok no hard feelings. I'm hard of hearing and wearing hearing aid so I can hear very much..I like to listening music: trance, techno, electronica, rock, classic, country and pop so..yea :) sometime rock metal! any question..email me anytime :)
Oh hey, deaf people can feel the bass rumble! They know the sounds how smart they are ;-)
@LynxA8 It's been 10 months since you replied. I gotta get this off my chest: I've been blasting the Above & Beyond's Stealing Time in my car on a regular basis. There I said it.
In regards to feeling the bass rumble, that reminds me of Its All Gone Pete Tong (the movie) where he puts himself up against the speaker after watching the Flamenco dancer shake his glass on the table. ;)
Please marry me!!! You are sooo beautiful! :)

This may be a potentially stupid question, but for someone who is deaf, how do you have such good taste in trance music if youre unable to hear it?
