The iPod touch is a much better multimedia device.

The reason i said this was better then the ipod was because you also get the psp games, as well as the other stuff. granted, the hardware could use an upgrade, but it still does all the stuff i would need just fine.

But its a real pain in the ass charging the Go, because its very picky which USB port it will charge from. So far I haven't found any USB chargers that work with the Go, except my computer's USB, and even that will not charge unless I turn it on and put it on USB mode.

For anyone that didn't know they have something similar to umds at stores like best buy and walmart for PSP Go. They are cards that you buy and you basically put in the code and download the game onto your psp. Also all games that are released after October 1st will be availible for purchase on the Playstation Store

They turned down a program that would have let psp UMD owners get 3 games for every 1 disc they owned, and transfer old disc game data to your new psp go. And besides that, it costs 50 Usd under the ps3! I guess it just comes down to which one you want. PsP go - $250 Play station 3 - $299.99

No, you've got it wrong, i live in the UK and it's 3 free games out of a list of 17 if you own an old PSP + The Go, there is absolutely no way to transfer UMDs to the Go or get any more than 3 games.

Basically you hook up both PSP's to 1 PSN account, then do some stuff on the Go, do some stuff on your old PSP and eventually you'll get a download code via email which will allow you to download any 3 of the 17 games available (for free), it's just a goodwill program that SCEE decided to do.

16 GB internal memory my ass, its not really 16 GB, when you buy a memory stick for you psp 3000 (or below) its not exactly the memory it is, so for exmple if you buy a 2 GB memory stick it will be like 1897mb which is almost 2 GB, so you will probably have something like 14 GB to store all your games, videos, music e.t.c. so you would probably be able to fit about 5 or more games on there becuase you have to download and install them o.o personally i think the PSP GO! is a rip off, but thats me

I'm really liking the PSP Go, but now that every game you want to play has to be downloaded or transferred to the onboard 16GB memory stick, you'll only be able to put very few games on it. Now, doesn't that concern anyone? I want the PSP Go but besides games, I'll want to put music, photos and videos on it as well, let alone the game installs and the game saves. I looked up 16GB stick and they're expensive. 32GB sticks would be even more ridiculous...

You can insert a memory stick in the psp system, or you can sync it with a  PC and swap out games, keeping all games on your harddrive, and only a few games on your psp. But I don't think you understand how much 16 gb is.

it looks good thee iss just one problem the anolog stick is in a uncofortable position meaning that you would have to use the d-pad to play most of your games and i think that most of us are use to using the anolog stick so i would wait for some more updates before you buy this psp and a thing that I noticed is that it has a lot of games the ps3 has little big planet moter rush so again dont buy until some updates come on it and if you want a psp i recomend a psp 3000 or 2000.
