This is 200 Amps with a tinypants voltage, so i'm sure there's no shock hazard. You can see it having hard time making and maintaining electric contact.

Btw, screwdrivers are excellent for up to about 10-20 kV. If the handle is plastic of course. Long sticks are safer of course. Make sure you are familiar with at least these four things: Voltage - Wattage - Amperage - Resistance. They are not the same.
