When you think about it, there are more Laguz tribes than that. Sure there is the beast tribe, dragon tribe, and bird tribe, but they all have different groups. The beast has Cat tribe, Tiger tribe, and Lion tribe. The birds have the Hawk tribe, Raven tribe, and Heron tribe. The dragons have Black Dragon, White Dragon, and Red Dragon.

There's also Wolf tribe, but you don't see them here, and it ruins the whole "3 tribes per group" thing they got going in PoR lol.
