Since two males or two females cannot have sexual reproduction with each other, comparing sex to same-sex "sex" is irrational. Even if nature intended a male to stick his genitalia in a female, I don't see why sticking it in another male would equal unnatural. I can see how your logic would point to a man not choosing to have sex as unnatural, but I fail to see how it just humans who have same-sex sex.
