you need to have basic shaders, atmospheric shaders, and water reflections enabled in Preferences > Graphics > Custom,.. :) hope this helped.

This looks like it was done on faster computer or mac, there's almost no lag or choppiness at all. But the water can look like that on most decent computers anyways, you just have to adjust your graphics settings in your preferences. It just might not "roll" as smoothly as it does in this vid. What "room"? Do you mean what sim is it in? The description says the sim is named "Juicy".
