@77z2the8 A supercharger wont work because these little engines are two strokes, so if you try to shove more air/fuel mix in it just goes out the exhaust. The best thing is a tuned pipe, it does what a supercharger does without moving parts, and works because it uses pulses of pressure, so no air/fuel is blasted out the exhaust.

Your savage is not shifting, you need to tune your savage, its too rish. My savage is stock and as its tuned i can pull wheelies and my transmission shifts quite quickly. Its tuned wrong.

not too bad love the body and paint job dont see the advantage of the NOS to see the difference made i'd like to see this against a standard Savage X. check my vid of a savage x with a hpi5.9 and 3 speed gearbox. no speed runs but the power is mental. it's not my savage it's my friends. we'll be putting then same tyres on than the one in the video. we ran his savage last year and it was pushing 60Mph at the local park.

Hey, I have a reeeeally big problem with my Savage X 4.1! The engine stops at full throttle. Its seriously not the main fuel screw. Trust me, I've tried that! Ive also tried different plugs. Theres no hole in the fuel lines, I've checked that. And when I give the car to the store i got it from to fix it, they say they've fixed it and "its now working", i pay them, i come home - it dosent work. Obviously they cant fix it either

My Savage-X tops out at 45MPH (GPS tracked with a Garmin GPSMap 60CSX and an E-Trex Vista), with Pro Line Moab crawler tires and a truck body. I could add the 3 speed transmission or change it from the crawler gear ratio and go higher. 57MPH is nothing, especially not when my 1speed Firestorm hits over 50.

If you want an those rb innovations superchargers, just run your engine hyper lean, thats all they do. And I don't get the gimmick here, why are you adding nitrous oxide to NITROMETHANE?!?

thats bullshit bro... nos would have no effect on a 2 stroke nitro. thers no timed ignition you tit. nos ignites in a car/bike at the point your sparkplug fires, if you have no timed ignition it wont work. nitro engines combust at a certain heat/pressure therefore nos will evapourate or fire early in a nitro engine because its not a controlled explosion. it would cause knocking like you would get in an old diesel engine when you start it in the morning... nice savage but why do you talk shite ?

i dont think so. nitrous should work in any type of internal combustion engine. And the way the nos gets into the fuel/air mixture with nitros, its just making the fuel more volitile. i use it in my on-road car. when i bought it, i tested it. it gave the engine increased top end HP and speed.

The stability of the Savage isn't the best. But it isn't hard to make it better. Lower the truck by taking out the preloaders or by putting fuel tubing on the shaft on the inside of the shock body. By getting 40 Series tires that would help the stability a lot. I wouldn't take off the body. That is getting a little extreme and you might even lose performance by losing the down force some bodies provide. Believe it or not, but those little wings on some bodies do help on cornering at speed.

But you can lower the body by adjusting the body posts. Also the air filter the guy is running is horrible. The K&N style air filters don't get the small dust particles like the foam ones do. If you are wanting to upgrade your air filter. Get a Motor Saver.

What kind of motor are you going to be running. If it's a nitro 2 stroke, then I wouldn't do a supercharger. There has been lots of discussion about them and they really don't work for these motors. I would spend that money on a good pipe or Motor instead.

The NO2 on a nitro-based car is bullshit... Since you can easily get more power (=rpm) with more a higher percentage nitro (f.e. 25% iso 16%). NO2 gives your engine more 'oxigen', same as nitro.. So is has NONE use AT ALL!

dude that is not NOS that's freakin Co2 plugged in where the muffler goes. a few runs like that and your engine will fry next. it is all a wast of money just buy a big block motor or if you have to a bigblock conversion kit so it will fit and it will go the same speed if not faster. all NOS, superchargers and other stuff like that does is kill your motor.
