This is not the world record.

Record is 10 wickets for 53 runs in 2nd inning made by English off spinner Jim Laker back in 1956 against Australia.

Kumble gave 74 runs n got 10 wickets so this stands at number 2.

And yeah in the 1st inning of that same match Jim took 9 wickets for 37 runs which makes it the 19 wickets for 90 runs in the whole match.

Which is the still after 54 years a record.

Jim was the 1st spinner who proved that spinner can do the job also.
