In a training session we would look to complete 3 sets of 6 resisted repetitions with one repetition unresisted to develop an athletes explosive capabilities. There is a 3 minute rest period between each set to allow adequate recovery and maximum effort for the following set.
We are looking to develop an athletes ability to accelerate explosivley so we work with short high intensity drills.
what ur training are those baby steeps in the beginning of ur run.
use vest w/ weights. add weights as u progress
