bueno,yo creo que esta muy bien interpretada,y la eleccion del tempo es la ideal,aunque tambien me agradan otras versiones con acompañamiento de percusion y flautas dulces renacentistas,yo mismo la he ejecutado de esta ultima manera(con percusion y flautas)but indeed the savall´s version is close to perfection,but you don´t have to adhere to my comment of course,it´s only a matter of personal taste,what is clear,beyond all doubt,is the awsome beauty of the song.

La mejor version que existe es sin dudas la que grabo jordi savall con coro masculino,mucho mas lenta,y un equilibrado balance entre el bajo y el contratenor.una perla de buen gusto que nos muestra el profundo conocimiento de jordi sobre como debe interpretarse una cancion renacentista.se las recomiendo

@aljopa It may be 'without a doubt' to you that the wonderful Savall's version is the best- but I find the Savall version quite lacking in the necessary liveliness and charm necessary to create the contrast with the darker things in this piece of music. This version- along with many others that employ the drums and create more contrast I prefer... 'without a doubt'.

C'est bien chanter, mais comme bcp, je la trouve trop rapide, on perd le coté "zen" et tranquille.

C'est vrai que la version d'astier apelle a la tranquilité, tout en douceur ^^

Faut admettre que Alexandre Astier la chante pas mal non plus, mais l'interpreation de la vidéo et franchement très bonne a mon humble avis.

J'y connais pas bezef mais je pense que le canon avec Gueniévre (qui se débrouille fort bien aussi) y joue pour beaucoup,je suis même rester sur ma fin pour tout dire!

C'est probablement trop rapide pour être dansé mais je trouve que c'est la meilleure interprétation chorale que l'on puisse trouver à ce jour sur Youtube. J'aime beaucoup !

Je trouve que c'est trop rapide comme tempo pour une pavane. C'est une danse pour commencer et rentrer dans le bal. C'est dommage. Malgré ça j'aime quand même bien. Bonne continuation

Sorry, but to fast for a Pavana. The Pavane was a slow dance . The intention was that everyone could dance, also the elderly. Read by Thoinot Arbeua himself.

And no ritardando at the end. The danncers would faint.
