  • 5 stars video,

43 years ago I returned from Vietnam, but it seams like only yesterday. War is hell, is a understatement. The memories NEVER leave you for it defines you as a person, doing your duty and the character you become.

  • @AMERICANSTEW5 Welcome home Brother

  • yeah we must also remember those who served for other countries not just ours... after all this is about the whole world not just the US

  • and by "our veterans" i do mean veterans worldwide

  • the most moving song i have ever heard !! but still for everything our veterans have done people still refuse to wear a poppy..

  • His name is Terry Kelly "A pittance of Time"

  • Well done!!!

  • Who is the guy singing? He's incredible.

  • GOD BLESS YOU

  • Veterans Disarmament Act is now Law

Congress knows that bloodshed is inevitable in America given the outstanding debt & rapid collapse of the US Dollar. They also know Veterans will likely be the first to stand up against Gov tyranny through guerrilla Warfare.

Basically, Veterans names are now being put into the Brady Instant Check Data Base to block Veterans from being allowed to own or carry guns of any type

Moreover, Obama he wont bring soldiers home; diminishes vet benefits

  • Writer Terry Kelly inspired by his teacher who took the students of blind school Kelly attended to Remembrance Day service, and told them if Hitler had his way, there would be no blind people alive in their country. (Referring to Hitler's euthanasia of 'less desireable' humans) Kelly encountered such a man and daughter depicted in video, in a store 1999, which prompted him to write the song.

Terry Kelly, thanks for this remembrance.

To all who serve, my heartfelt thanks for my freedom!

  • God Bless Canada as well as all the Allied Nations. I am an American Soldier who lived at Camp Julian/Kabul Afghanistan as a guest of the Canadian Army. The Canadian Soldiers were outstanding hosts. They treated us as one of their own.

  • this video touches my heart everytime i watch it God Bless America U.S.A.

  • This song moves me every time I hear it. I just do not understand why some people take our liberties and freedoms for granted. God bless our vets and I will say "Thank you so much soldiers past and present, I owe my life to you for my freedom." "Also, thank you to the sodliers for your service and willing sacrifice!!! I will be eternally grateful!".

  • i have to say that your video is excellent and the friends of mine that are in the British armed forces that have seen it all think the same . thank you very much

  • Wonderful video! Thank you!

  • We sleep warm in our beds tonight because brave men and women of the military were willing to visit violence on those who do us harm.

  • i'm a son of a second world war veteran and i know the hard times both canadians and americans had in the wars so i would like to say God Bless Our Fighting Men and Woman and keep them safe.

  • To ALL my fellow Veterans, Thanks!

    Fastronald U. S. Army 1971 - 1974

  • Happy Veterans day. Happy Remembrance Day. God bless The USA and Canada. And the soilders of both nations.

  • amazing video

  • I don't much like the singer...but I love the video, it makes a strong point.

  • Thank you so very much for sharing this. I agree let us all share a moment in time to remember who gave us our freedom

  • Our nation owes a debt to our Veterans that can never be repaid. Thank you isn't enough, but I'll say it anyways - "Thank you, soldier! Thank you for my freedom. Thank you for your service and each sacrifice." God bless you all. We need to go up to each and every soldier and tell them "thank you personally."

  • Now on Veterans Day 2007 I will hit five states for a BIG CAKE! I will START IN ARIZONA, NEW MEXICO, COLORADO, OKLAHOMA, AND THEN ARKANSAS! BOY DO I LOVE THOSE HOT SPRINGS!

  • I'm a Vietnam Vet (US Army) - this is a great video - but remember all the vets who fought for you in places you've never heard about and never will. There are too many of them who never grew old.

  • I am a patrotic Canadian
