  • Nice, reminds me of Fleet Foxes..

  • @valeriekach yeah you re right

  • i believe this is not only the best album of the year so far, but the best album i've listened to in a few year. every song really stuck to me on the just the first listen.

  • He is a genius. Melancholy and haunted lyrics and melodies. His artwork is unique, and I would say post-psychedelic. His melodies and lyrics will stick with you for a very long time. He is one of the most impressive artists I have come across in a long time, but if you take into account that he does his own artwork, painstakingly frame-by-frame, I simply don't know of anyone I think is a proper comparison. A truly unique artist..

  • This song is like some sort of drug. But what's even more like a drug are the drugs.

Chad probably the best 3 songs of the year off of this album. Ludicrously good.

  • @Mineav I think his wife's name is Sara? I could be wrong.

  • @weenfan909 Yeah, it is. He wrote this as a gift to his wife, Sara, and wasn't originally supposed to be on the album, but they felt it was too good to be left off, or something like that.

  • Sara, like from Hall & Oates? What kind of Yoko is this girl?

  • got my copy today!

including a little drawing by Chad <3

  • chad VanGaalen's voice remind me of band of horses!

  • chad is the only man i would ever want to cuddle with...

  • You will pull strange gifts from the heart of the trees, oh… Unforgotten love not forgotten peace, oh no… Will you drag me into the heart of the boiling sea? You can soothe my mind with your silence, Oh Sara, I hear you calling me… You’re a golden beam breaking into the ocean deep… On a single breathe to be lead to escape, no… Now you cast your light and exposing the same colors, oh… You consume my mind into silence, Oh, Sara, I hear you calling me…
