When the ticket comes in the mail just drop it in the trash. The summons has not been properly served.

True , but this is how they get ya. The judge will say I dont believe in those tickets Ima gonna knock the price down to like 150, instead of 400 whatever they are. So you plead guilty and take the deal.

@WickedMo13 seriously. the info at helpigotaticket is free and that site is where I learned how to beat tickets in court. Ive beaten over 10 in court. the site is easy & very helpful. You can fight tickets thru the mail too, in CA. I am not affiliated with the site.
