@talllhispanic3 theyre only five weeks in to BUD/s at this point they still have the water competency test, which some say is a royal bastard. Anyways. Look up a video on it. Alot of guys don't pass it.
Wait a minute, wait a minute first he says carry yourself with pride and then five seconds later he says humble? Make up your mind man which one is it, carry yourself with pride or be humble?
Damn 59? That's almost 1/3 of the starting class, what happened to 80% dropout? Or is that just dropping out in BUD/S in general? :O lol Good stuff though, congrats
@tallhispanic3 Hell week isn't the end of BUD/S. After hell week, there are still three weeks left in 1st phase, then 2nd phase (dive phase), which is seven weeks long. Usually, some candidates fail pool competency during 2nd phase. After that, there is 3rd phase (land warfare), another seven weeks long. All candidates usually complete 3rd phase, but not every time. Some of the men in this photo probably got rolled back to another class to rehabilitate from injuries sustained during hell week.
@jeffs1000 if your talking about osama bin laden, no after buds there is an 18 month seal team trainging so they would not be able to be on a mission yet, also even if they were to get pass that, they wouldnt go onto a mission that high valued, they would send the most experienced navy SEALs they have
@jeffs1000 yea pretty much just like ContainedMax said, they only send the experienced older guys for seal team 6 for missions like that, those guys are hand picked
Imagine that feeling, man...Jesus...must be incredible :)

They can make me run til my knees break.
They can make me swim til I drown.
They can freeze me during the night and they can burn me during the day.
They can make me go to @#!*% and back.
But they can NEVER make me quit
may god bless those men for their determination and sacrifice
