I don't think these are the Boomtubes, they look a lot more like the FRPP/Borla Stingers. Sounds like an o/r h-pipe or x-pipe thrown in there too. Sounds nice though.

i totally agree...i got a 5.0 stroked to a 331....old school with a radicl small block...its a snake bite for sure...exhaust might have sound but it doesnt put the go in your car..(maybe a few horses but nothing to take the street)

I put a dynomax catback system on my 06 gt, but not for the sound. It does not sound much louder than stock. The reason I did it was to compliment the K&N intake system in the front, and to make way for a Kenne Belle supercharger one day.

Most set-ups for the s197 with an o/r-x will be raspy. o/r h on the other hand can be quite mean. My point is, these are not boomtubes, but are either corsas or stingers. You cant hear shit in this vid b/c the camera is about 2 inches away.

slp lm are just a muffler delete, boomtubes, if you look inside of them, actually have baffles that create a vortex to stop that annoying trumpeting noise and to add a little back pressure. i like the boomtube sound much better too haha
