  • I have a question about this, I have fine hair just like your friend (maybe even finer) and was wondering if the flat iron has to be of a particular size for the curls or can I even do it with a curling iron?

  • @VivienneVazquez You definitely want to use a flat iron. I have fine hair it's a little frizzy but it's thick too. Curling iron sucks! I've curled my hair with a flat iron and it's 100% better than a curling iron. Hoped I helped:)

  • Could you please do another tutorial about the teqnique you used to make thoes curls, there beautiful but im having a hard time trying to replicate it myself

  • Very nice.

  • make up looks amazing!

  • omg she looks so gorgeous

    nice work iris!

  • Hey Iris, I was wondering how long does the CHI Infra Treatment Thermal Protecting Treatment usually last you? Thanks for all the great videos!!

  • The big 12 oz bottle, I have had for almost 2 years! But I don't use it often. If you use it every day, I would say probably close to a year.

  • Thanks for that info!

  • Wow you did a good job w/ her hair thx Iris!

  • she used iMovie on a mac

  • Yup

  • This is great and I have learned to do this pretty quickly - I have the same hair type as your friend, although I do have more of a slight natural wave. Here's the problem though. I use the heat protectant, I hairspray the curls, they start off being really wonderful and then an hour and a half later they fall almost completely flat. It's almost as though I never curled my hair at all! Can you advise me on how to get them to stay longer??

  • I already have a video on that. Please look for it. It's called The secret to lasting curls

  • I love this idea thanks for sharing

  • :):):):) I was wondering if when you hold the iron from the tip is it to hot?Cause i can do this style on other people but on me i have a hard time. But what is funny is that when i do it on me i tend to hold the iron and i always burn my self but my hair ends up beautiful so its worth the mild burn Todo Por La Belleza:):):):)

  • @txartzy-It is not hot. :)

  • you're really good at explaining things :)

  • Thanks! We fine haired girls really appreciate your advice! And your friend is beautiful!

  • Very nice

  • love how you edited the video. nice succinct and unique in your transitions from frame to frame. :) and wow your friend is beautiful.. i love how you did her hair.

  • Very pretty!

  • Girl, you ae too cool!

    loved it!

    xD!!!!

  • Is it better to use a flat iron on a higher heat setting, or lower, then curling hair?

  • It's going to depend on your hair texture. You will have to play with the combinations. For her hair, I used a medium setting and it worked well.

  • I love this tutorial! And the flat iron was heeeaps cute

    you're awesome Iris!! xo

  • That works well! Thanks

  • How fun!I have thick hair like yours(mexican gens I guess)but I am gonna try this on my friend who also has naturally fine hair and always complaiins about it!Thank you so much!I hope youßre doing fine!

  • How do you feel about this Ed Hardy flat iron as opposed to the Babyliss Pro Nano? I've had my mind set on buying the Babyliss for a while but I really love the design on this one.

  • I have not had a chance to use the babyliss pro nano. So, I can't give you a fair comparison. But I can tell you that in the description, it says this flat iron is good to straighten, curl, flip, or wave your hair. This is a fact. I should make a video demonstrating the flip too :)

  • @ilovegerardo

    please do :)

  • @RedHeadExitting-I am uploading it now ;)

    Iris

  • i saw it, thanks for making it
