Not sure what to call it...Double twisting stretched Jager / Double twisting Balabanov / Full twisting Winkler/Pogorolev?

It's not in the 2009 version of the Code of Points (I don't think anyone has competed this in an international competition yet) but it would be at least an F since a Winkler/Pogorolev (this skill with just one twist) is an E.

It is just a double twisting layout Jaeger, not a Crockett. For it to be called a Crockett, it has to be performed in an elite international competition like Worlds or the Olympics.

Looks great, though. I love twisting releases on bars.
