Melted LG Xenon Cell phone from AT&T burns teenager

I got my LG500 when it was new have used it every day sence and it has worked great. Its just like that one. but not burned. i guess that one was a dud. i all so got one for my wife its still working fine aswell it has been my fav. phone. for under 100$. I never keep my phone on my body its allwas on a table or off to the side somewhere. i have dropped mine a few times over 28 ft to rock and it bounced i turned it back on still works. i did brake the screen and i got a new one on e.bay for 15 $.

decided topick up the nearest battery, it's a smple AA under the warnings, it actually says ''may get hot or explode" wow, thanks for the warning

you did say it CAN happen. And that is true, because it CAN, if your battery is fucked or your daughter probably used it all night lol. but its not going to happen at a 100% chance. ive had mine for more than a year now and i'm still alive LOL zero burns or fires or melts

It was probably just a bad battery. My Xenon stays cool at all times, I've never had mine get hot or even warm for that matter. The only time it ever gets warm is when im holding it and my body heat gets transferred to the device. My ipod touch gets way hotter than my xenon and it has yet to fail and it too has a lithium battery in it.

i also have a xenon. your daughter must had to have an application running or was talking on the phone and fell asleep. im 15 and text all the time on it and fall asleep with it on and nothing has happened. i have had it since my 8th grade graduation last year, which was about may 23rd. i can not send or recive pictures or get on the internet though. hope that helped in any way!
