@Supahx It's a bit tricky you need to hit with the first lp before doing the lp+hp+hk. If you are using a arcade stick as soon as the second lp hits just quickly tap/roll your fingers quickly on hp and hk. or you can also mash hp+hk twice after the second lp. HD is not required. :)
