  • @BabyMitsukai Thank you.

  • can you burn disks like this?

  • @pablopiccaso727 I don't think you can; but you could try. I haven't tried it myself.

  • Ok, hopefully you read this. My netbook has a missing .dll file and i cannot boot up my desktop. I dont have a recovery disk but i have Drivers and Utilities Disk. Question: Can i use the network boot on my netbook to transfer the files from the cd onto my netbook? I have a desktop as well. So will this method still work?

  • @ItsJuan101 I'm sorry. I'm not sure what exacly you're trying to do. Could you explain in more detail; maybe send me a pm?

  • what cd drive do you have

  • on an old xp where is the network and sharing center or what is the name of it?

  • @sims3master101 It should be in the Control Panel. Look for an icon named Network or something like that. I'm not sure exactly where it is, I haven't used XP in a while. See if you can find it. If not, I'll boot up my old XP Laptop and tell you step by step.

  • awesome vid man! finally installing battlefield on my mini Hp :D

  • @MaplePlayer99 You mean that you can connect a memory stick to a computer and others can see it, too? Yes. You can do that using this exact same method. Just instead of sharing the CD unit, share the USB unit.

  • thanks this helped Alot !

  • @Brandonsl3000 Thank you. If you need help with anything else let me know. I'm looking for ideas for new tutorials.

  • Does it matter if both computers have a different type of Windows?

  • @mileyfan0798 No. But the steps to enable this feature are going to be a little bit different.

  • @TutorialMaker My Home computer runs on Vista so your tutorial made sense there, but my netbook runs on XP, so it was different.

  • @mileyfan0798 Did you got it to work?

  • @TutorialMaker yup just used a hard drive...

  • so theres no way i could put a program on a flash drive then to my netbook? or is this the only way? because im getting a recorder soon and they have there little program i need to have in order to record..plz someone reply..

  • @DroidsHD You can put the program on a flash drive. There are other ways to get files to your netbook as well. This is just one method.

  • @Pagweb how tho? can you make a vid or something or is there a option to do this i have a flash drive idk what to click on to put it in my flash drive..

  • @DroidsHD What exactly are you trying to put in your flash drive?

  • @Pagweb i mean i dont have anything yet..im just looking at this to get an idea..but like before, im ganna install a CD program from my hd pvr in a couple months when i get it.. im just trying to see how id get it on my netbook..

  • @DroidsHD If that is what you're planning to do, the method shown in the video should work fine.

  • is there any way that it will recognize as a cd.. so i can use that for installing OS?

  • @Dintch20 Unfortunately, no. This feature only works within Windows. If you want to install an OS into your netbook, you will need an external disc drive, or a USB storage unit big enough to store all the data from the installation disc. If you tell me what OS you're trying to install I might be able to better help you.
