There's a LOT of cctv cameras in Korea. Commit crime& they will catch u. The mega-rich folks had them installed in every pole & traffic light, pretty much. But it's really weird. There's a group that abducts young girls to sell them as sex slaves (they are often sent to nearby islands or exported to different countries)- they must have some connection w/ the police because they never get caught. Don't worry- they only abduct poor country girls- never Americans b/c they don't to effect tourism.
