i have a question about this mp3.

i have a grayish color black one of this

but it doesnt turn on,

i thought it was out of battery so i charged it

but the light wasnt fully red nor green

it was a little bit of a mix O_O

& when i take off of the USB it doesnt turn on O_O

can anyone tell me what has happened?
