i practice it myself. and people started saying that i remind them of bruce lee. i told everyone that my brother taught me all the techniques. but then later i learned that he got it from bruce lee documentaries. many boxers and martial artist uses his philosophy about punching hard and fast. so i guess it works. as for the sparring videos. this is how i see it. there will be times when you're just not at your best. thats probably the case if what you say is true. athletes have off days too.
