LA gov is missing the boat, I doubt they even referred to Jerry Browns guidelines, which clearly state store front non profits can be compensated for time and expenses, like any non profit corp...they should have referred to the AG's guidelines in the first place, and they wouldn't have gotten this deep into the mess and confusion...Brown makes it all clear
