  • first scuse me for my english (I speak french:P) when i will record my guitar and the voice ,this program cut with no one reason and i don't know what it does that .

What i do for adjust this cut not voluntary :P?

  • Why isn't there a tutorial on how to snap the performance to a particular tempo? That's the most important thing to know FIRST.

  • hello, I want to change the tempo from 165 to 170 in my whole recording. does it affect on audio quality?

  • my problem is while i record a vocal, there a instrumental that play with it self

    how can i stop it?

  • hello how can i zoom in???

  • @traxxmasta Just hold down the alt-key and move the mouse wheel. Holding down Z allows you to enable a magnifying glass zoom. then you can then click and drag an area you want to zoom in on.

  • Whats the shortcut you use to stretch/enlarge the audio track at 1:30?

  • can u record vocals and audio in fl studio 7 xxl

  • Yeah, you can. I'm using FL 9 (XXL, now.

Ignore what I said 6months ago. Sonar 8 (pro is actually very good). I think I was using Sonar 6 when I wrote that.

  • ahhhh Wehre do u get 9 xxxl? I checked musicians friend all i can see is 8xxxl for like 750 bucks.. Right now i got pro tools and reason on mac. I wanna sell my electric drum set, my mbox 2 pro, pro tools le , and imac and get an HP pc, cubase, sonar, or FL, and an m audio 9 channel interface or a tascam interface.

DO any DAW's work on windows 7

  • SONAR 8.5 was tested and approved to work on Windows 7!

  • Beautiful

  • so does the sonar 6 producer do=)

  • Hi, can you pleae help me

i have a E-MU Tracker and I have Sonar 6 i dont know how to hook them together, so i can record the vocal stuff on it. please reply

  • I think I may have been a little hasty. Especially now that I have Sonar 8. I think FL Studio is better for making Beats and perhaps Electronic music (which is what I mostly use it for), particularly when used with various VST plugins and other software.

That said, I think Sonar may be better for work with audio and more traditional recording. Which is probably what it is mostly intended for.

  • Yes, I think Sonar + FLStudio are a perfect combo for making music. FLStudio more for the MIDI-sequencing side and Sonar for recording and working with audio-files.

  • And when you learn how to use it , you`ll have a different opinion. I love it , and know it`s a great DAW. For your info the downloaded version is a trial, cut down version, it`s not the Producer Edition. The only reason Sonar could be annoying to you, is your not smart enough to use it.

  • how do you pull up the snap to grid menue?

  • Hit N on the keyboard

  • hey could you possibly explain things any faster?? yes. that is sarcasm.

  • hey . in sonar is it possible to remove beats or lyrics from a song so you will have a clean beat ? or a song without a beat

  • I really needed this, thanks a lot.

  • clever

  • Sonar VS Cubase who will emerge a the winner?

  • they are the same for now slight difference

  • Excellent video!! thank you :)

    Cheers,

    Alex

  • the guy's talking as if someone's chasing him as a result of which I'm having a hard time following him.
