Vanessa vocally is OK here. She was better in Shine. To some extent the corny lyrics let her down [I'm a good person....] But where I feel sorry for her is in the song's production quality. Those elctronic noises - what the fuck are they doing? Each "da da da" R2D2esque electro-beep is the sort of rank amateur high-school tyro effort for which a producer should be shot. She has talent. But PLEASE Vanessa get the producer to fuck off to Antarctica; young lady you deserve so much better.
