Seen them at the Ranch bowl in omaha about 10 years ago with my best friend Richie Eustice( god rest his soul) it was unforgetable, tantric opened for them, they are a class act
wierd... I mean, I love AIC, but at the same time I'm not put off by this band sounding so much like them. I guess since Lane is gone, it is somehow flattering... I like it, what can I say...
I remember when this band came out. I remember seeing a commercial for the cd and heard a clip of this song and though it sounded cool. Best impulse buy ever.
@GTRrocker666 i first heard this band when Sprint introduced the first cell phone that could play music. I was listening to the four tracks on the phone and this one came up and i was instantly hooked :)
Great video!Get the new DFL cd!it's called"The Consequence of Vanishing".Just came out and it's awesome to say the least. These guys are on an indie label cause Windup Records totally screwed them over on their first record. These guys are badass and yes White Noise Theory kicked ass at the cajun's wharf in Little rock Arkansas june 21.Drove from Shreveport to see it and would do it again!!!DFL/White Noise Theory ROCK!!!!!!
I remember when I first heard it back in 2001. I fell off my chair! Reminds me Alice In Chains' Dam That River... probably a big inspiration! Love both of 'em.
I wouldn't call this nu-metal myself... It's more post grunge or just general rock. And this band still rocks. Looking forward to their new cd coming out soon. overdue, don't you think?
Damn... a good band gone to waste.... just like The Union Underground.......... btw... kick ass song. Tho I'm not into the nu-metal stuff as i was a few years back, its still an awesome song!
Man, when this video came out, I was infatuated with the lead singer; sweet eyeliner! Still pretty nice to see this video. I bought their CD and love their music.
too cool!

How is the main riff in this song not a rip off of Dam That River?

Great song and a great band :) Thanks for posting it. Rumor has it various members are reforming as "Dark Things Betray"
If anyone's interested, please check out my acoustic rendition :)

I heard this group right before they were big. Still cool to hear them. The lead singer should have taken over for the front man in Alice n Chains

It seems to me that DFL is somewhat underrated. Are they not?
