With Teddy Long they were The Black Legion of Doom Until they Broke up and feuded with each other They were never truly beat AWESOME!

The Steiners defeated the Birds for the belts at a match that was taped PRIOR to the PPV but aired a week after, giving the Birds a rare negative title reign. WCW made a similar mistake in 1995 with Harlem Heat, the asty Boys and Bunkhouse Buck/Dick Slater.
