But the Dems know that leaving Iraq too soon will be devastating. And even if they pull out of Iraq, the troops will be redeployed to Afghanistan. This won't solve anything.

In fact, Liberals bombed SIX SOVEREIGN NATIONS in ONE YEAR, mostly timed with Federal court appearances of their 'Horny Hick' -- defending himself against sexual harassment laws forced down America's throats by other vile Liberals. Turns out, America didn't leave Iraq for twelve more years.

Until the terrorist nuke in 2017 that killed over 70 percent of the American forces stationed there. With only ten percent of the worlds oil supply left underground, Only then did America finally recind the war as un-winnable. Bringing home the survivors was the next battle for America.

Why did Democrats, with a majority in Congress, need to continue funding Bush's war? If they wanted the war to end, they didn't have to do anything -- the money would have run out. Instead, they actively approved Bush's war funds. Why?

If they really want to end the war, why do they only oppose it in ways that are easily defeated by the Republican minority when they have the means at their disposal to end the war whenever they wish BY CUTTING THE WAR FUNDS!

Because they didn't think it was right to cut off funds to U.S. troops, I assume. That's a good enough reason to approve of those funds.

Yeah, probably. Do you really think Pres Bush was going to pull the troops out of Iraq just because he didn't have any Congressional-approved money to give them? He hasn't cared enough to give the troops proper equiment and medical care. Why would he let a little thing like no funding stop him from continuing to allow troops to be put in harm's way?

Do you think Bush is allowed to spend money on something that Congress specifically didn't authorize? Do you understand how the system works? They may not care to impeach for his other crimes, but for contempt of Congress, Bush would be impeached within the week.

And what would those troops have done without munitions, food, fuel, etc.? Certainly not waged war. I don't think anyone would blame Congress if Bush did a ridiculous thing like leaving 160,000 Americans stranded in a hostile foreign country after the people's representatives decided they no longer needed to fight.

They just want to seem as though they don't want these things so they can be the ones to control the empire. America is in deep trouble.

Because then Bush could have said, "Look at those Democrats not funding our troops!" They may be recalling Gingrich's failed attempt to deny funding to Clinton, when Clinton was able to accuse the GOP of shutting the government.
