Instinct doesn't always kick in and you have to be prepared for that. All 5 are beautiful and healthy now. As gross as the whole process is, it's amazing too, and an absolute privilege to witness it!

Don't worry, it's not all that bad. If your cat trusts you you can be right there with it and pet and love it. People say not to, but when my cat had her kittens, I was right there.. my cat Zelda at first site jumped into my arms and started to purr.All my life Ive loved her.Every morning i woke up with her on my chest...and then one morning she wasnt,i went to go check the litter box...and there,i saw 4 wonderful kittens,i was proud and i also cryed.thank u,u reminded me of that precious moment:)u and Cloey.

i know they're only kittens but i almost cry everytime i hear somone baby pet died like yours im so sorry and i wish the best to Chloe and her wittle babies! no matter what all 3 will ber with her in her heart! ^_^

im so glad 4 chloe! the kitten was sooo tiny! i feel sorry that one kitten died. it my seem sick, but it's natural. besides, think of how chloe looked when she was that age!

It's not sick. It's a natural part of life, part of the Circle of Life. If you ever have kids, are you going to refuse to give birth because it's "sick"?
