Doesn't asprin work on the heart. I heard that our government wants to apply a 4000% tax on asprin. The reason is because they are white and they work.
What is said in this video is probably true. However, I know only two men who have had a heart attack and they were both thin. (By the way, the doctor in this video is obviously overweight himself.)
I want to live until my time is up. When your time comes it really doesn't matter what kind of physical shape you are in. You can be in top notch physical shape, and then be going on your morning jog one day and get hit by a car and end up as worm food. I guess the worms need to watch their diet as well.
A fit lifestyle isn't just about longevity. It's also about retaining youthfulness. Living to 100 may not appeal to you, but dancing at 70, golfing at 80, and gardening at 90 might.
@robopaladin Im an obese person. I play tennis, I go bike riding, I even jog. I have a personal trainer as well. Im still obese. Its just my lot in life. I am still 35 lbs overweight. Im a very active person, and I hate that people label fat people as lazy. I am definitely not lazy. I do more than most thin people I know.
because many of my pt's are overweight/obese and they lose they're ability to walk as they get older. Next they become bedridden and get shipped off to lonely nursing homes where they further debilitate, develop bedsores & contractures & then ROT away. It's very painful and smelly.
Actually, people living up to 100 years old will cost a lot more money than those dying around 50 because of an heart attack. From a strict economic point of view, the American model is the good one, probably that's why politicians are not that motivated to find "solutions"
Your physical appearance is not the only reason to exercise, eating right and working out will also increase your energy throughout the day, if you do it long enough and with discipline. Higher energy levels and a more balanced body lead to a more enjoyable life.
and my mom said i should be fat. even though i wiegh 70 pounds at the age of 11.
