  • I agree with the fact that you need to stay on your entire foot with ur pistols. Wear flats and that may help out a bunch. The big thing, aside from risk of injury, your using your quads and not your posterior chain. Awesome work though. Don't mean to nitpick. I do own a gym....

  • pistols are dismill, you must keep your foot flat on the floor, there is a risk of rolling your ankle something chronic if you go up on your heel, i do it too i must admint but better form and ataking more time is better for your muscles than rushing it
