Yeah technology has definitely re-shaped the rap game. It kinda takes the fun out of it to as far as how I see the new generation of rap....peops don't freestyle no more. Underground cats still live by the "rules" but these cats that are mainly mainstream are lacking that fire I used to see in the 80s and 90s. I guess it still is a good change because it helps speed up the process when making a track but I still prefer the good ole one take whether you are weriting first or freestyling.
