  • I agree; I am enjoying spinach greens. It is my first, but you've convinced me to leave collards possibly to unwhiches.

  • The first comment was supposed to say ...

"You have such a cool and quirky sense of humor and naturally effervescent personality. "

I'll attribute the typo to the ingestion of cooked foods. My brain would work better eating raw... ;)

  • I mostly wanted to tell you how much joy you seem to exude. I would love to have the lightness of spirit that comes out in your vids.

Feel free to comment back or msg. me.

    Peace to you,

    Sandy

  • I've been hoping that maybe raw foods would be a healthy way to find a new relationship with food since I've had a longstanding eating disorder. Are you going to do the RawFu Challenge again? Would I be able to get in on it down the road?

I would love to hear a little more about what you've overcome and what you've gained or "lost" for that matter.

Would you be willing to recommend the best vids of yours to watch, since I might not have time for all 87? ;)

Or feel free to send me a msg.

  • Can I just say ... you are the cutest thing on earth? I have seen a few of your vids over the past couple of months and you have brought me so many smiles.

You have an such a cool and quirky sense of humor and naturally effervescent personality.

I started watching your vids when I was looking up vids on raw foodism. I was interested by your 100 day challenge.

I've been investigating raw foods for a couple of years now, reading quite a bit and asking a lot of ?s

  • Good for you for rotating your greens! It gives a much more well rounded nutrient feast to not be eating the same thing all the time. I rotate greens and fruits, too. A little smoothie tip for when you have a stronger tasting green! Add a quarter of a scrubbed lemon, peel and all, especially with blueberries which tend to be a little flat. I add that and about a tbsp. of honey. Yum!! No more yucky green taste. You're wonderful. I anxiously await each video! Thanks.

  • LOL...You are so adorable! I love watching your videos.

  • Collards are so strong in the smoothie. It taste very green. I need to try the flax crackers.

  • Baby romaine in green smoothies is EXCELLENT!!
