Well technically it's a love triangle so technically he loves them both. With Aeris dead its more than likely he'll end up with Tifa but even then he probably still loves Aeris. I dont know. Nobody really knows except SquareEnix and even they themselves are split by it. Some want Clorith some want CloTi so...*shrugs* just up to opinion really :)
