"She" is not a time traveller. I will give you the answer, but first I must say, I am NOT trying to be funny. She is an "alien" with a communication device, like our cellphones, who is speaking to a contact. The proof is right there in front of you. Nobody else has noticed. Aliens sometimes err and get caught out of camouflage - that's why when she notices she is being observed, she starts to GO INVISIBLE AGAIN - Look closely, see the background emerging THROUGH HER. Not a time traveler.
What everyone misses is the old man in front. He is playing pocket pool. If i was a time traveler i would do the same in order to avoid a wrinkle in the space time continuum. "Run for it Marty!"
