When you resist arrest and the numerous public commands and warnings from police officers this is what happens. It's real simple. And the dancing I'm not sure about but in some states there is the requirement of a Cabaret license or other permissions mandatory. But for the record, resisting arrest, obstruction of justice and ignoring the clear warnings of a police officer will get you in this kind of trouble.

A cop has to have a legal reason to threaten you with arrest, let alone put you in cuffs and violently take you down and arrest you. Cops are just citizens and there are laws governing them too. They can't just walk up and rough you up, then charge you with resisting arrest. You have to be breaking a specific, real law.
