@dieren1200 if you haven't found out after 3 months: Go to Customize -> Preferences -> Viewports -> Configure Driver. Set Background Texture Size and Download Texture Size to max (1024 and 512) and check "Match Bitmap Size as Closely as Possible" on both of them. Click ok and reload the file...
