At 0:58 sec the right leg twitches and then shortly after the left leg is used to push him back. The one where he stands on the wall is just him leaning on the wall lifting his leg and acting. As the reporter says it is simply the acting of a mischievous child, with or without the families knowledge. They are the only ones to have ever seen anything other than this nonsense. His leg is pulled again in another video and looks exactly as it did in this one. Looks rehearsed people wake up.
