  • Its just needs to be much faster. When you do running tumbling you build speed as you go. Where here you just threw them out. If you stay tight momentum comes easy. I used to have the same problem. And on the tuck its was good. Just set up a little more and then go back and tuck at the peak of you're set! Very nice though (:

    I'd say work on locking and tightening your legs.

    They shouldn't bend, especially not how far they are bending.
