  • when does Noel sing? cuz he's not singing even backing vocals, is he?

  • @ScootyJustin my feelings exactly.

  • downloads? a full album would be great too!

  • this is the best cover i have heard of ''come together''

  • ..& yep. The superb Stevie White was on drums as mentioned earlier.

  • @Marksmurf great download aint seen it on here till now mate but your mail of a month ago aint quite right. I think Weller said Macca played some keyboards & backing vocals [with everyone+Carleen Andersen]. Its obvious to any Weller fan that its Damon Minchella [then of Ocean Colour Scene] on bass. Steve Cradock & Weller shared lead & rhythm with Noel on rhythm too. Great album & I think this was the only single from it.

PW was hangin' with Macca at time....thats all I better say on that....

  • Steve White on drums

  • there is someone place where i can downlaod the complete album?

  • What was johnny depp doing in there? 1:23

  • @gonza122cordoba he was part of the band for this benefit cause

  • @gonza122cordoba he was part of the band for this benefit cause

  • @gonza122cordoba He was into War Child, and was buzzin' around with OAsis for a bit. Played slide guitar on Fade In-Out.

  • Wait...what was this for? And why was Johnny Depp in it?

I would do ANYTHING to be in a room with Johnny Depp AND Paul McCartney at the same time...i mean...I would do ANYTHING to be in a room with one of them at the same time...but both of them would probably make my heart stop...

    What was this for?

  • in aid of bosnian children i do believe. for the HELP! charity album in 1995 i think.

i do anything to be involved with any one of gallagher mccartney weller craddock or depp at any time ever :P

  • The Help Album... made for the war child charity

  • It was in 1995 for a charitable cause, everybody knows P.Weller, Sir Paul McCartney and THE CHIEF Noel Gallagher...

Johnny Depp was there cuz he loves Oasis!!!

Really!! This isn't a joke dude!

  • I Know!! I have a shock when i discovered this video cause I Loves Paul and Johnny with all my soul..I would do anything too for one of them too..

hace you ever seen the pics??

    aits a geme!!

  • I only have one pic of them together...it's not a very good one, but, it'll do!

  • probably and me, is genial and unrepeatable....

  • whats every1 talkin about....its the motherfuckin smokin mojo filters....what a fuckin cool name...they couldnt just come up as a new band with that name u have 2 be established as cool b4 u can have a name as cool as that.....the coolest most amazing people in the history of music are in this band including craddock and white who get overlooked (pun intended) of the coolest blokes in the fuckin world

  • agreed. weller mccartney craddock white and noel gallagher make the greatest band ever.

  • It's cool! ^_^

  • anyone know where i can download this version?

i love weller singing this [=

  • this is the a supergroup

    noel,weller and mcartney

if lennon was alive and in that band that would have made the band even better

  • This just totally rocks! Love Weller, love the beatles and love gallagher!

  • I am however going to have to strongly disagree about the vocals. Paul McCartney and John Lennon are/were both ridiculously underrated singers. I much prefer Lennon's vocals, I hear no emotion from Weller here. Not slagging him off though, hes a good guy.

  • there 2 of the most recognised singers ever, and your saying lennon and macca are underrated.....

  • Yes that's exactly what I'm saying...when people talk about the greatest singers of all time, people don't say John Lennon or Paul McCartney. They say people like Freddie Mercury and Robert Plant. They are more recognized as songwriters than singers but I'm saying they are both up there with the great singers. Maybe they get the respect they deserve in that category where your from.

  • ooo understand you now bud

i agree totally when you put it like that

  • you can't be serious

  • his voice is loads better than lennon's ever was

  • While I wouldn't go as far as to say that Oasis are better, Oasis are probably my favorite band. I think The Beatles are the greatest band of all time, but Oasis just does it for me, I don't know why. I think we need respect opinions, because we should all agree that Oasis and The Beatles are both incredibly amazing bands.

  • true but oasis arn't in the same league as The Beatles

  • @ScootyJustin I'm sorry Justin, but Oasis seems to be the worst band UK ever produced. Naming Oasis a great band along with the Fab 4 is an insult. Noel and Liam should just stop pretending to be Beatles 2.0 and shut their dirty mouths up. They are not only bad musicians, they are also chauvinistic, full of hatred twats insulting everyone on this planet.

  • @LadyStardustVertigo hahaha i think if mccartney is willing to work with them then they cant be "the worst band the uk has ever produced"

  • @charliedearmound91 I can't say I hate Macca but this man always tries to please people. He perfectly knows Oasis are popular and with their help he can raise money. I'm more shocked Modfather hangs round with Noel. Paul always was a coolcat, intelligent and a gentleman. I better not to say this unless I want to be cursed by Oasis fans, but for me two bros look and act like chavs.

  • @LadyStardustVertigo well really its only liam who acts like a chav, i gotta say i dont like the guy. noel on the other hand is an allround great musician and a great song writer too.

  • @charliedearmound91 I don't know much about Noel's whereabouts honestly, so he's ok for me, I just don't like the band as you see. Anyway Q magazine's voting Noel as the best bandleader of all time was frigging odd.

  • @LadyStardustVertigo actually it makes alot of sense. any one who can lead a band with there younger brother as a member is a good band leader. and if your younger brothers Liam Gallagher then your jobs allot harder. and having several number 1 albums and singles kinda speaks for its self

  • @charliedearmound91 I'd accept this if they chose Noel as the greatest 90s bandleader since this time was a flop and Oasis were in the middle of Britpop wars but as the bandleader of all time? Q isn't even creative enough to think. They put gaga on their covers and they couldn't choose anyone way more creative then Noel, say, Lou Reed for instance. Oh wait, they are British, they choose British.

  • @LadyStardustVertigo well i dont think he was the greatest band leader of all time but he was very good. i think the greatest band leaders of all time were probably Lennon, Weller, Morrison theres loads i cant name of the top of my head. and Q arnt that bias NME are but Q are alot better so dont make this a race thing.

  • @charliedearmound91 They make this a race thing. They always put Brits as best of the best (though it's part true, and I love UK scene more) but, for example, Mojo who occupy the same publishing house are more interesting. NME just simply sucks. They are trendy as hell and put only this tiresome indiedom on their covers (Franz, Monkeys, Kasabian etc).

  • @LadyStardustVertigo well british press will write about british things and nme are shite havent trusted them for ages. franz suck kasabian are amazing and arctic monkeys are alright. the reason why british and american bands get more press is because english is the world language. also if u try hard enough im sure u can find a magazine from your country that write about your bands.

  • 20 years later-the Beatles making these guys sound like a garage band.

  • wasnt johnny depp in this supergroup?

  • yeah you can see him at 1:22. i don't know if he played anything though

  • Is it Kate Moss in the video???

  • the best line up ever

  • This video is fucking prime man. Three generations of Britis music represented by McCartney, Weller, and Gallagher. It doesn't get much better. Also, they did this for Live Aid...McCartney and Weller were Noel Gallaghers two biggest influences so it was a big fucking deal

  • why'd you list those bogus credits in the description? McCartney didn't play drums or bass on this.

  • u can see him playing a bit of drums. probably not on the final mix though. you're right, d'you know who played on it?

  • That's Steve White, the drummer. Been playing since 18 w/ weller

  • @Marksmurf It was Steve White, who was drumming for Paul Weller at that point.

  • Quality!

  • What does bame mean? They called the band smoking mojo filters you twat!

  • What the Hell? What Kinda Name is that. That is a lyric from The Beatles Song sung by John Lennon.

  • havent u noticed its a cover? knob head. and done by legend... weller and gallagher. come on, sort your life out.

  • you stupid fool

  • @ltccomics wth? the band was called the smokin' mojo filters, they covered the beatles song come together for warchild's help album in 1995, and what the hell does bame mean?
