@TVWriterGuy ....interesting you say that. I really felt the story had no power without total honesty. All the failings, stupidity, hypocrisy etc etc....tell it all. I guess that is why so many people relate to the journey...its human. And of course readers are intelligent, They can tell if the writer is holding something back or sensationalising something.

I hope I didn't offend you... I'm a gay also, so I understand a bit of what you were feeling... I am 19 years and I came out last year... Sometimes I stay and think how difficult it may be to life so much a years in a lie, even make a family like you did, I guess it's horrible. Still I understand that I live in different times... Nowadays people are somewhat more accepting of gays than in your times,so I am very happy to be born in this time.. Wish the best!

Yep things are different for many these days....but it still happen if you a come from a particular cultural background or live in a particular area....or if you are brought up in a conservative christian home. Being married wasn't all bad. I have lots of wonderful memories and two beautiful daughters. I feel very blessed.

I just liked the gay with red shirt and tie... He tried all his life to act str8... :)))))))) Come on you can see from a 1000 miles his a gay... But he is so cute this way. I like his honesty:)

it may be obvious these days that I'm gay...but for most of my life I used to hide it by being extremely careful about how I spoke, my mannerisms and what I wore. Its great to finally be myself....and not worry about what others think. If people have an issue with me. ...its their issue not mine.
