That's right, give 'em an inch and they'll take a mile. Sighting past wrongs doesn't make a right. When would be a good time to start correcting those bums in D.C.?
What is with the attacks on people that are asking for simple documentation of Obama being a natural born citizen? Why are these attacks coming from the right. This reminds me of what happens in the primaries when all these so called conservatives line up to endorse a McCain or Rudy. It is not stupid to ask to see a long form birth certificate from the President. It is stupid to act hysterical when someone does so.
you are and idiot to say that the bush/ gore case has more merit. that was studied and the #'s do not lie bush was the winner no matter how you did the figures, end of story. if you look into the facts on obama and his lack of qualifiying documentation that is normal in any application process, well don't and we're all glad your happy. but most employers, and the dmv and the passport visa folks would tell you to forget it. have a fine time, sucessfully unsubed to you.
you lose my sub. now today. to say that it is a movement is a lie, they are called lawsuits my friend and that is what law is for to settle disputes according to the rule of law, rather than the rule of man, which is arbitrary. which is what these suits are trying to overcome, political rule of man arbitrary bs. the politics your hooked on will hang you as they in my opinion have done here.
There's never a good reason not to defend the constitution. He has only shown a COLB which "may not be acceptable for passport purposes" according to the US State Dept on it's website. He has a BC and yet he refuses to give us the best evidence of his birth. He is spitting in the face of the constitution and we must defend it.
Ok? Probably not ok, but sensible enough to realize that there is nothing to be gained in a practical sense, other than being characterized by middle America as fringe. We have the opportunity to grow small-government advocacy by leaps and bounds, but we're choosing birth certificates as the battleground? That's the definition of grossly negligent myopia.
Well, I actually would like to know. But I guess what I want does not matter. Afterall I am just a tax paying American.

SA you usually have me going strong - you usually have me nodding my head along with your every word. and i really do GET what you're saying here...
but fuck.......the birth certificate is not even what is important here. like you said.
but not BECAUSE of the reasons you list.
obama's dad is NOT american.
and THAT is ALL THAT MATTERS HERE.
nobody gives a RAT'S ASS about some piece of paper from hawaii or africa.
natural born citizen means BOTH parents are american. and............we're done.
