  • Thanks for sharing your workouts. I really like the functional strength training, so much more practical and applicable than freeweights and cables. Better unilateral type training.

  • good workout

  • great workout. how many times a week should you do this?

  • 3 x per week:)

  • I like the background soung Feuer Frei, are you Deutsch?

    Deutschland Uber Alles!

  • This is a Phenomenal work-out man, very good job! thank for the tips imm gonna utilize some of these

  • for the second exercise, if i dont have a heavy bag could i maybe use a bag of water softener salt.

  • what ever works! make sure the bag does not pop open!

I double bagged my sand bags with special industry trash-bags, because those are the strongest! I putt hem in a military duffle bag, so I can work with different weights;)

  • @armenius4 Home made ones much better than those custom made ones. As you say all you need is an old duffle back and then fill with sand bags from your local builders merchant. Cost less than 10 dollars.

The last one looks like a good alternative to one of my favourite exersises - walking around on hands and feet, forwards, backwards, sideways and diagonal. Keep the hips low. Also going up slopes and stairs.

  • I use the ropes for those movements ( I am 6'3, 215LB and old;-).

    Glad you like them:)
