David Letterman has great taste for an old guy. He likes these guys, The Foo Fighters, Weazer, Johnny Cash, George Jones, Alicia Keys, etc.

The difference between Basket Case and 86 in this video is startling. They were so 'amateur' (for want of a better word) for Basket Case. A year later, they seem much more organised and like a real band. I prefer the basket case green day!

Actually,they are GODS of Punk Rock to me + the have been the most most successful punk rock band.....and they are different from other bands.

Eg-they stop in the middle of a song to stop telling guys to do what they are doing(like hitting or molesting someone or bossing around)...i havent seen other bands doing like that except Green Day
