Yes, but i was merely stated Tilda Swinton is not to old to be used again. In the other version both the White Witch an Lady of the Green were played by the same actress so it isn't impossible.
Tilda is an amazing actress, easily the most talented actor in the series.. So i'd be disappointed if she didn't return. They already said Magicians Nephew would be next in the series not The Silver Chair so i'm satisfied.
My favorite focus on the family of the Chronicles of Narnia is The Horse and His Boy! I've probably listen to it 10 times and the series in a whole I've listen to. Hope they do that one eventually
He definitely sold out to Hollywood. What was a journey of transformation became a jumanji- like board game of island hoping and sword- points. Aweful
@andresperoni Doug Gresham has a super sweet heart and is very hmble. He and his wife are doing some amazing things to take care of other people. He's living a life that honors God, of course, but a life that honors CSL as well. I think of him as the spiritual inheritor of CSL.. Don't get hung up on the clothing.
I've seen it once & am going to see it more over Christmas. The other 2 films are on in England then so hopefully, people will hopefully go and see VDT too. :)
I have actually seen the movie 2 time, one at midnight and again the same day with friends. I want to see it at least 3 more times! Though it is way different from the book it definitely has a story of its own that is really good! I really like the way that a lot of it was interpreted visually! (favorite has to be the dufflepuds!) @DiverseCityFreak I never thought of that! that would make so much sense!
I have to agree, this movie needs to be seen more than once to get the full flavour out of it. It's so rich! I've seen it twice, and probably will once more (at least) over the holiday.
The Magicians Nephew takes place circa. 1900- in 1901 Victorian England became Edwardian England so it's only JUST Victorian times... Altho' The Magician's Nephew would make a wonderful film, I think its logical to make the Silver Chair next while Eustace is still young , & it has a really suspenseful plot, as in , will they or wont they untie the Prince...???
"Keep going and seeing our movies. Take all your friends. Take your friends' friends. Take your friends' enemies. Take your enemies. You're supposed to love your enemies too, remember. " ~That's hilarious!! I wonder if he'd practiced that line before. It was so fast! Haha.
I almost want magicians nephew more to be made into a movie just because I really like the idea of them interpreting Victoria era England and the beginning of Narnia. BUT, They completely left the movie off with expectations! well, at least for people who read the books! Jill pole and Aslan telling Eustace he is coming back? They better do a connection of the green smoke to the lady of the green kirtle, other wise that would be a giant plot hole. It really did not make sense much in VOTD.
Bull-Shit, Tilda Swinton should reprise her role as Lady of the Green.... Don't need a newer younger body...
Tilda was the best thing in the 1st film, n her cameo was the best thing in the 2nd.

@XxComablackxX1937 You are aware that the Lady of the Green Kirtle is NOT the same character as The White Witch, aren't you?

I'm a christian and I love Narnia, but people like this creep me out. You're not the pope, get over it, you don't need to dress like that
