Having seen it i dont know how many times it looks like the accountant starts to lose it when Kramer shrieks at the end, thats the only explanation i can think of as to why this ended up as a blooper its just hilarious!

I think they cut it because it took too long to down the beer and his yelp at the end was a bit much, even for Kramer. In the one they actually used, half the beer was foam; here he drank an entire glass with no head.
